This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *improving planning processes and tools*.
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Lean Portfolio Consultant to support its Business Operations team within the FinTech department. You’ll work alongside a Portfolio Manager and another Lean Associate to improve planning processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Support and improve Jira adoption (Jira, Jira Plans, Structure, Confluence, OBoard)
Build advanced Jira plans and reports for cross-team initiatives
Create templates and documentation for internal use
Assist with Quarterly Planning and OKRs in Jira
Help introduce new portfolio management processes
Prepare and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Background in portfolio management, project management, or Agile coaching
Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, Google Slides/Sheets
Knowledge of portfolio dashboards, metrics, and reporting
Bonus: experience with AI tools
